7 Wellsprings of Life Relationships Clearings: Past/Present/Future - August 2024

Section 1)  Clearing negative energy from past relationships 

1. Release me from past relationships where I never really felt I belonged, felt like an outsider.

2. Release me from the ill effects of damaged people who damage others

3. release the ill effects of overbearing people who lack respect for others’ boundaries

4. Release me from the guilt over things and ways I have treated others in the past

5. Release anywhere I have felt used in past relationships

6. Release the confusion and sadness of being freezed out suddenly by friends and also false friendships

7. Release me from my own patterns in relationships where I took on others energies, issues, ways of being that weren’t right for me

8. Release me from any astral relationships where negative things happened that caused suffering in this world or any other

9. I wish to clear the past relationships with lovers and remove any feelings of loss about what I could have done differently now that I know better.

10. Please clear any generational trauma bonds and cultural suffering that is contributing to family codependency and causing trouble in my romantic relationships.

11. Remove and clear beliefs that I had to be and do what other people wanted me to be in order to be safe, loved, liked, accepted and to survive.  

12. Remove and clear any past lives/relationships where I was a slave or felt enslaved by another 

13. Release all trauma from family relationships & others of any kind where I was treated as if I was the worst kind of person

14. Release me from past relationships where I suffered abuse, abandonment and betrayal causing lack of trust - - clear my subconscious of any lingering patterns at their core

15. Release me from poor treatment and injustices from mom, dad, grandmother and siblings

16. Release me from any lingering victim and martyr energy rooted in any past relationships

17. Release any disappointing and hurtful words that were said to me or that I said to others 

18. Release me from the negative, lingering, traumatic effects from past friendships based on drugs, partying or codependency 

19. Release me from past, abusive relationships, especially with my judgemental and critical mother as well as abandonment and rejection by my father.

20. Please release, remove an clear all traumas suffered due to having narcissistic and abusive parents

21. Please clear all ill effects from sexual harassment, cheating, bullying and gaslighting in any previous relationships

22. Clear all lingering effects of any and all abusive treatment perpetrated by doctors and medical staff, teachers, coworkers, bosses, law enforcement and any other authority figures.

23. Clear the trauma of emotional abuse and mistreatment from my oldest brother and sexual abuse from my uncle in my childhood

24. release me from all past failed relationships I’ve had w/ the legal system, courts and lawyers resulting in my home foreclosure

25. Please release any ill effects and patterns resulting from the emotional unavailability of my parents & my romantic partners.

26. Release me from the ill effects of a spouse that cheated and married the other, heal feelings of loss, feeling less than and the pain of abandonment.

27. Clear all the resentment and unforgiveness I have towards all those who I feel have wronged me

28. I am letting go of any energetic cords, hooks, or tethers within any past relationship that have caused me harm - to learn the lessons needed from and end being in service to them as I move forward to improved relationships that honor me and enrich my life.

Section 2) Clearing negative energy of present relationships

29. Release anywhere I am overextending myself, people pleasing, have self-sacrificing, martyr energy and behaviors in my current relationships.

30. Release anywhere I currently have unclear or unhealthy boundaries with others

31. Release the feeling and root causes of being unsatisfied and disappointed by my partner’s lack of adoration and affection

32. Release the feelings of being unfulfilled and “missing something” in my current romantic relationship and have more gratitude for what it IS rather than what it is NOT

33. Clear the relationship with my new employer and co-workers and any toxic work environments

34. Please clear the root causes of why I'm made to feel irrelevant in the workplace, keeping me stuck & unable to advance my career.

35. Release me from the burden and fogginess and instability of my alcoholic husband with grace and ease

36. I wish to clear out any feelings of being totally alone and feelings of abandonment by any friends or people that I wanted to date who rejected me. 

37. I wish to clear out the pathways to finding and enjoying a relationship with my true love and to have happiness in my life

38. Release me from the fear of getting old and not taking care of myself.

39. Release me from the emotional pain of my children who don't care for me, disrespect me, don’t share their lives with me and who forgot everything I did for them. 

40. Release me from the ill effects of having children that just see me as a means to an end rather than person w/ needs & feelings

41. Release me from fear around parents' dissatisfaction/disapproval and upset of my current lifestyle and choices

42. Release me from the ill effects of holding on to shame from not living up to family expectations 

43. Release me from the ill effects of my family and others talking down to me and treating me like I am stupid or crazy.

44. Clear the negative effects of family addictions and help us all move forward in a positive way

45. Release the constant fear of losing the one I love to poor health

46. Release all ongoing negative emotional, physical and mental effects from a cheating ex-spouse

47. Please clear the trauma and grief of separation from my current romantic partner

48. Please release me from the fear that I'm not worthy of love or a good lasting relationship. 

49. For the relationship with my former "best friend" and I to be healed and for her to be open-minded about me being a gifted healer, medium and accepting me as I am and that it's not against God. 

50. Release me from the ill effects of my former business partners' who are currently withholding all reimbursement funds due me

51. Release me from aggressive/abusive behaviour from my elder son and mistreatment from my elder daughter in law, that still lingers in my mind. Create a mutual relationship of Love, Acceptance & Respect between Us.

52. Clear my inability to accept intimacy and to express daily love, Anywhere I fear giving love wholeheartedly to my husband because of fear of the pain of losing him as we get older. 

53. Please release pain of loss of relationship with my son, grandson and in-laws because of grudges held by daughter in law

54. Release me from habits and patterns of self abuse, self-hatred and self-criticism/judgment relating to me and my body 

55. Clear my relationship with self, poor self-esteem / feelings of unworthiness, undeserving on all levels, depths, height & angles

56. For my relationship with myself (and higher self) to continue to evolve as I heal and learn self-love, acceptance, forgiveness and patience and extend that out to all other relationships in my life.

Section 3) Aligning with  the energy of future relationships

57. For us to create relationships and environments where we’re all safe from persecution for bringing the world to its best, ultimate possibility.

58. help me in creating environments of like-minded people, having true good friends, mutual support and understanding, where we all encourage all we meet to be their highest potential

59. I wish to have loving, healthy and respectful relationships that foster happiness and joy and build beautiful foundations for a harmonious life, now and beyond.

60. release me from fear of being alone and feeling helpless and help me create my new happy life with a nurturing and joyful relationship and beautiful connection 

61. help me create loving connections with all humans that are mutually supportive, healthy, joyful and filled with kindness

62. Asking for blessings to help me build amazing work partnerships and a harmonious and joyful work environment

63. Help me connect to the relationships that will guide and support me in creating valuable services and offerings that will help bridge humanity to their innate love, wisdom and power.

64. help me create positive new friendships and build a more positive family dynamics and loving family relationships.

65. Release everything that is in the way of me having loving and kind relationship with myself and my body just the way I am

66. To have the energy to support authentic, open, fun, synergistic relationships

67. I am asking for divine spiritual support in creating a better relationship with money and to eliminate lack

68. I desire to have a wonderful relationship with an emotionally mature partner who can discuss issues, has no desire for drama and will always show deep caring for me.

69. For my relationship to my future self: to embrace growing older, having better relationships with finances, health, vitality/ joy for life and peace with how end of life will look

70. help us all create a space for humans to live in harmonious relationships with the planet and animals

71. Spirit please show me how to attract and sustain more and more high vibe relationships with people, places and things that will enrich all Earth’s inhabitants and beyond!

72. I am choosing to seek out and cultivate future relationships that are filled with love and peace, that create harmony and happiness in my life and the life of others.
