📰 TGIWednesday: Preparing for First Watch ⛵🔎👀
I recommend upon first light before rising, seize the morning 🌅! The first hour is critical to lay out a better fishing flow to your day! After working on 🌙The 3AM Night Watch prayer subscriber requests, I lay back down for a few hours 🕰️. Then after waking up for the day, I will say my prayers in that barely awake state🥱.
Your prayers are your own 🙏 but instead of begging for this or that, they should sound more like, "I am..." followed by endless positive statements.
I will not check tech or phone📱 in the first hour. I will take a small real silver cup of purified water 💧🥛 blended with a pinch of pink himalayan salt to awaken the electrical charge ⚡ in the body. If you want to know which you should you use (regular, sea salt or pink himalayan) get on my schedule and let's figure it out.
I'll then have an L-Theanine 💊 with B vitamins 💊 which calms the mind, a fist full of green grapes 🟢🍇for lymphatic systems, pineapple 🍍 for digestion, strengthening bones and clearing arterial plaque, an apple 🍎, because you know the saying, "an apple a day..."😁
Then I will test my supplements directly with Spirit, yes or no ✅❌ and see what I should take today. Not what I believe, think, know or feel, let alone what anyone else recommended or hyped; but testing what my body🧍 is saying it actually needs. I will then have coffee ☕ or tea and the caffeine not only gets me going but combined with B vitamins and L-Theanine 💊 it will allow me to be more focused, direct and get under way on today's voyage 🚢.
