Shipping policy

Our purchases are electronic and should be delivered immediately after purchase.

We do not issue refunds as the products are electronic and could easily be downloaded

and the client would then wind up if there were to be a refund, with both the product and the funds all sales are final and non-refundable.  Live sessions can be refundable up to 24 hours prior to the live session occurrence.  Within the 24 hour window there are no refunds, nor are there refunds after a live session because this is similar to an energetic reading and no guarantees or warranties are issued or implied either orally or in writing.
