7 Wellsprings of Life Body Clearings: Head to Toe - May 2024

Section 1) Check up from the Neck Up

1. For my eye pressure to lower and for my eyesight to be regenerated, healthy and restored to 20/20 vision and have no need for corrective lenses

2. Please send healing energy to the eyes for diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and glaucoma

3. Please heal my left eyesight, bone degeneration in jaw where the teeth lodge, also bifurcations on several teeth

4. Release the energy of physical trauma from any head injuries suffered resulting in concussion, brain fog, memory and vision loss and neck pain etc

5. Release and clear the liver spots/age spots on my face and skin

6. Allow all long-Covid symptoms, loss of taste and smell, brain fog, and fatigue to be cleared for good and back to my restore point

7. Clear the root of what is creating my bulbous nose

8. Please send a healing of any unknown conditions causing any blockages and inflammation in my ears, eyes, nose and throat.

9. Clear any disruption/damage in my overall body systems as a result of any dental treatment or root canal procedures 

10. I wish for my lost/damaged teeth to be completely restored so I can smile confidently and chew comfortably again

11. Please send energy to clear dental issues such as tooth breakage/decay/extraction/looseness, bleeding gums/redness, TMJ and ear-jaw issues

12. Please clear my neck and shoulder area of stiffness and tightness, especially the area of attachment to my trapezius muscles causing headaches

13. Asking for a clearings for mental brain fog, memory stalls and speech problems related to age or otherwise

14. Request for clearing for the root of my chronic sinus congestion and allergies

15. Clear any hair loss, thinning hair issues related to aging and/or hormones 

16. Send healing energy to my wrinkles and aging-skin and restore to more tightened and toned skin in face and arms

17. Heal and balance the Thyroid, Thymus and Pineal Glands bringing them to perfect functioning

Section 2) Torso/Mid-section of body

1. To clear all digestive imbalances caused by food intolerances, and blood sugar fluctuations

2. Clear any energy, beliefs or trauma causing, creating or sustaining weight gain

3. Send a clearing to release all root causes of excess fat from my mid-section (spare tire) and for my body to shrink it’s fat cells permanently

4. Send healing energy to clear the underlying root cause of cellulite, loose/ flabby skin that hangs 

5. Please clear for me all the osteoarthritis in the joints of both thumbs and any other painful hand or wrist issues

6. Please send healing energy to my forearms that have a sympathetic nervous system disorder.

7. Clear whatever is keeping my arm and shoulders, hips and lower back stuck in an "on" switch of pain and discomfort

8. Please clear heart issues caused from inflammation and high blood pressure for myself and my loved ones

9. Clear the root cause of my issues with heartburn and acid reflux

10. Clear and repair blood circulation, high BP, high cholesterol, and clogged arteries

11. I wish to eliminate any blood issues that are in my body so that all blood tests and lab work comes back better than ever.

12. Release all fears, anxiety, and emotions from all past lives, this life, or ancestry that causes my blood pressure to be imbalanced.

13. please clean out blood and lymph of any pathogens, bad microbes or toxins and strengthen, heal, rejuvenate and improve kidney and liver functions

14. Request healing for any intestinal blockage, inflammation and overall gut digestion issues ie: bloating, leaky gut, gallbladder, IBS

15. please improve digestion, particularly killing any pathogens or bad microbes there and strengthening the linings

16. Please send healing for all lungs and respiratory issues

17. Please send a healing for bone issues including scoliosis and bruised ribs and any joint inflammation

18. Send clearing energy for skin issues, psoriasis, eczema, acne breakouts, skin tags, rash and hives, weak nails and dry skin

19. Send healing energy to clear my breasts of any tumors, growths, cysts, fibroids known or unknown

20. Send healing energy to my reproductive system to clear any tumors, growths, cysts, fibroids and clear any infertility issues

21. Set my body back to a restore point prior to having menopausal symptoms of hot flashes and any endocrine/hormone imbalances

22. Please send healing energy to all body parts, especially back and spine, that were damaged due to any accidents or injuries and clear any other related body pains.

23. Please send healing energy to all scarred skin, organs and body parts that were traumatized due to surgical or other procedures and clear any other resulting body pains.

24. Clear any blocks to an open flow in the solar plexus and heart chakras

25. All my organs, tissues, cells and microbes work harmoniously together and I listen and know how to best take care of my body

26. Clear, remove and release me from the judgments that I have about my body issues from my torso/mid-section and all the ways my judging thoughts are keeping those problems stuck.

Section 3) Lower body from the waist down

1. Please clear issues of frequent urination, prolapsed bladder, bladder leakage/incontinence

2. Clear issues of painful sexual intimacy, erectile dysfunction, vaginal dryness, low libido and low sexual stamina

3. to reduce weight especially around the waist and also clear waste from my body as its sluggish 

4. Release my fear of being too old to conceive healthy children.

5. A clearing please for chronic lumbosacral, bladder, and pelvic floor pain that also goes down into my left leg/foot at times

6. Asking for prayers for my spine and hips to be aligned and that my pelvic and chiropractic adjustments hold and for my body to feel wonderful 

7. Please clear issues of restless legs and twitching, numbness and neuropathy in my upper quads and psoas muscle and sciatic

8. Request for clearing for my stiff hips and arthritis knee pain

9. Please send healing energy for my back and foot pain when I walk for short or even long distances

10. Please send healing energy for the skin rashes on my lower legs

11. Please send continued healing energy for stage 4 bedsores and all skin issues regarding diabetes

12. Please send continued healing energy for my right foot from a recent break/surgery

13. Send healing for my backside where a cyst was removed - it's uncomfortable to sit/lay and please clear anywhere it’s emotionally related

14. Asking for healing for my walking balance to be steady and perfect

15. Send healing for my gnarly leg veins from the back of the knees, 

16. down the calves, shins and into my ankles and feet

17. To resolve and heal feet issues including ingrown toenails, bruising, fungus, hammer toe, bunions, aching feet & numbness

18. Clear any blocks to an open flow in the Sacral and Root Chakras

19. I wish for any and all body damage and or dysfunction to be corrected, healed and regenerated into a state of optimal health and function now.

20. I wish that all parts of my body, being and consciousness thrive in an optimal state of health, function, joy, vitality, harmony and optimal resonance to receive miracles at all times now.

21. I wish for the frequency level of our miraculous bodies to reside at the highest level where pathogens, viruses, harmful substances, energies and frequencies of any kind are rendered harmless 

22. Asking for healthy, strong function of all senses, organs and systems on all levels and in all of our bodies, here and now

23. Fully activate and restore all of our Chakras into their best ever ultimate high vibe energy and power. 

24. Clear, remove and release me from the judgments that I have about my lower body issues and all the ways my judging thoughts are keeping those problems stuck. 

25. Clear all the beliefs that I have about how or why these issues showed up, and I now learn all the lessons from them and release these issues from serving me.

26. I love and appreciate all parts of my body and give gratitude for the miraculous ways it works to keep me alive every day!
